You may request to delete your Be There Certificate account information at any time by emailing BeThere@Jack.org. Please note that if you choose to delete your account, we may continue to retain certain information about you as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.

We aim to provide you with choices regarding certain personal information uses, particularly around marketing. You will receive marketing communication from us if you have requested information, made a donation, registered for an event, or joined a program, and in each case, have not opted out of receiving that marketing. You are able to request that we stop sending marketing messages by following opt-out links in our messages or by contacting us at any time through the information listed in the “Contact Us” section of the Sites.

We collect Log Data to help us understand how a Site is used and to assist us in planning for future improvements to the Sites or the Service to better meet our visitors' needs.
